Michele S. Jang, PT - Courseware Supervisor
Michele is a native of San Francisco. She graduated from Long Beach State in 1994 with a degree in Physical Therapy fulfilling her dream of being a physical therapist since she was a sophomore in high school. After having worked in various hospital settings, Michele focused her studies on Manual Therapy. She found two pioneers in the field and began studying & working for Sharon Giammatteo, PT, Ph.D at the prestigious Center for Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) in Connecticut in 1998. A year later, she found a second mentor in Frank Lowen LMT, an extraordinary practitioner & developer of Biovalent Systems. Michele has been an instructor of both IMT & Biovalent Systems within the U.S. and abroad. Michele's passions include anything involving body movement. She has extensive training in martial arts, has participated in triathlons and now most recently loves to ballroom dance. Michele is thrilled to be bringing this approach & level of physical therapy skill to the Central Coast.
