Stroke is a common healthcare problem that causes physical impairment, disability, and problems in social participation.  This CEU course explores the clinical effectiveness and acceptance of several finger, hand, elbow, and arm training interventions on functional performance after a stroke.

CEU Course Objectives

1.  Describe three ways that brain plasticity and behavior are interrelated.

2.  Determine the most powerful predictor of ADL disability.

3.  Explain how the continuous passive motion machine or elbow joint rehabilitation device functions.
