When you do not automatically get sent to a screen with your score and the next steps to pay or download that means that you did not complete the exam within the 30 minute time limit the board gives you. Unfortunately, you will need to log in and re-take the exam within 30 minutes. The good news is we do not change the exam questions or answers so when you log back in it will be the same exam. If you did not exceed the 30 minute time limit please check that you did not skip a question on the exam or evaluation. Please review the exam to ensure you have every question marked off.
